Main goal:

To learn the mechanisms that will help to consolidate new nanocomposite and multilayer coatings produced in PVD processes in the Laboratory of Materials Technology for Industry at the Center for Innovation and Transfer of Knowledge and Technology at the University of Rzeszow in the years 2013-2014.


    An Experimental Experimental series aimed at acquiring new knowledge on the mechanisms that will influence the strengthening of nanocomposite coatings and multilayer coatings produced by the PVD process,
Obtaining a Specified Nanocomposite Microstructure characterized by a crystallite size of less than 200 nm. And unorganized space between crystallites to achieve the required mechanical properties.
Carry out a description of the mechanism of the crystallization process and phenomena occuring at the interfacial interface crystalline structure / amorphous structure.
Production of nanocomposites, mulitivars min. Si, Y or Ge doped Me, B, Ti, Al, Al, Cr, Nb, Ta, V, W) and Al203, ZrO2 ceramic layers on selected multiwalls.
