Main goal:

Investigate the physical effects of the Dirac point in nanostructures based on HgCdTe.


    Perform a cycle of research on electronic and phonon states in nanostructures containing quantum wells HgCdTe or HdZnTe in the implementation of Dirac point in them.
Examine the basic physical properties of manufactured nanostructures, primarily oscillating effects in strong magnetic fields.
Determination of the nature of the electron energy from the ferrite vector as well as the effects of these states on the phonon spectra.
Research will be done on far-infrared optical reflection and Ramanowski scattering measurements.
